About
Chase Walfall is a software developer, systems thinker, and builder by nature. After completing his BSc in Computer Science at the University of Technology, Jamaica (class of 2025), he has been working in operations — developing automations, software systems, and managing the delivery of health facility technology in Kingston.
His work spans finance, payroll, networking, and electronic health records for health facilities across Jamaica. He brings a precision-first approach to everything the group creates, combining technical depth with the operational discipline needed to take an idea from concept through launch and into sustained operation.
At TCH, Chase oversees how each business is designed, built, and made to run — from systems architecture to daily operations. He also leads GirderGroup, the group's enterprise software contracting arm, where senior-led teams deliver platforms, integrations, and modernisation work for clients across the globe.
What Chase brings
- ●Systems-level thinking — every build starts with architecture, not code.
- ●4+ years of professional software development across finance, payroll, and healthcare domains.
- ●Operations discipline — from automation to personnel management, every business the group builds is designed to run without founder micromanagement.
- ●Health facility IT expertise — deep knowledge of EHR systems, regulatory compliance in healthcare environments, and the operational realities of running technology in clinical settings.
